Biography:

Comfort Fedoke was born in Dallas, TX and raised in Lagos, Nigeria for a few years. She now lives in LA. Comfort, who specializes in hip-hop, attended Booker T. Washington Performing Arts High School in Dallas, TX. Comfort started as a street dancer, at 13, she loved to battle other crews with her dance brothers. She taught herself how to dance by watching breaking videos and emulating Michael and Janet Jackson. Comfort was always the only girl who got down with the boys so it helped her maintain the fire and competitive drive she has. She was a dancer on the local Dallas dance show Dallas Dance Club 21, and a contestant on the hit summer television show So You Think You Can Dance season 4 top 10 finalists. Since the reality show Comfort has done the Michael Jackson tribute Tour and has worked with some big names in the industry such as; Brian Friedman, Chuck Maldonado, Travis Payne, Stacy Walker, Miley Cyrus, Rosero etc. Comfort has been featured in music videos and movies; the most recent upcoming movie Honey 2. She is also a writer and is now pursuing her career as a recording artist; she’s working on her single now, as it should be dropping soon along with a lot of performances. You can now catch Comfort on her most recently project; she is now an All-Star on So You Think You Can Dance Season 7 this year. Comfort is a jack of all trades ready to tackle ever obstacle.

Workshop Session:

Celebrate the best of dance in our state-of-the-art dance studio. Advanced hip hop dancers ages 12 and up.

Three workshop sessions offered:

Sessions are 1.5 hr

Students may sign up for ONE, TWO, or all THREE sessions. A discount for taking all THREE sessions has been provided. There is also a pre-registration discount for those who sign up pior to the event.

Session 1: 10-11:30
Session 2: 12-1:30
Session 3: 3:30-5:00

There will be time in between sessions for a lunch break and to meet and greet with Comfort.
